Your Day-to-Day

Train & onboard teachers

– Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on early childhood music education, teaching methods, lesson flow, and classroom activities.

Coach & develop teachers

– Provide practical coaching and guidance to help teachers effectively engage young children through music.

Observe & evaluate teaching

– Conduct class observations, assess teacher performance, and provide constructive feedback and follow-up support.

Ensure teaching quality

– Monitor teacher performance and ensure consistent implementation of the Music Exploration curriculum and teaching standards across classes and centers.

Develop training resources

– Create and maintain teacher training materials, teaching guidelines, and supporting resources to strengthen classroom delivery.

Drive program improvement

– Identify teacher development needs, support quality assurance and evaluation processes, and collaborate with Curriculum and Academic Operations to improve the program and teaching quality

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in

Music, Music Education, Early Childhood Education, Education

  • , or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • in music education, early childhood education, teaching, teacher training, or curriculum development, with experience working with young children, preferably ages 3–6.
  • Strong understanding of
  • early childhood music education, child development, and age-appropriate music teaching approaches
  • .
  • Strong knowledge of
  • teaching methodologies and classroom management
  • , with the ability to translate curriculum concepts into engaging and practical activities.
  • Proven experience in
  • teacher training, coaching, teaching observation, or teacher evaluation
  • , with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining teaching quality standards, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support teacher development.
