Assistant Manager

Role Summary: Avaada Foundation is looking for an experienced Diploma Engineer to support CSR projects in Rajasthan. The candidate should have strong field experience with exposure to civil construction work and CSR activities. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of CSR projects at field locations. Coordinate civil construction-related CSR works such as school infrastructure, healthcare facilities, community assets, renovation, repair, and development work. Work with local communities, vendors, contractors, NGOs, and site teams. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and basic site execution. Support CSR initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood. Maintain project records, reports, bills, measurements, and progress updates. Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering/ Btech. Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform Required Experience: • Experience in contractor management and site supervision. • Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation. • Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
