We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting product requirements, understanding the overall vision, and detailing user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user experience/interface expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities ● Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs. ● Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user experience/interface expectations. ● Big Picture Understanding: Understand the overall product vision and how individual features and functionalities contribute to it. ● Detail Definition: Define and document the details of product features, ensuring alignment with the big picture. ● Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure accurate and complete requirement documentation. ● User Experience Focus: Ensure that user experience and interface expectations are clearly defined and communicated to the development team. ● Process Improvement: Continuously improve requirements gathering and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. What are we looking for in you ? ● Experience: 0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles. ● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. ● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and abilities with work with numbers and attention to detail. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate requirements. ● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools, documentation platforms, and software engineering processes ● Big Picture Thinking: Ability to understand and articulate the big picture while defining detailed requirements. ● User-Centric: Passion for understanding user needs and ensuring exceptional user experiences. ● Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. ● Curiosity: A self starter with an open and curious mind willing to learn continuously.
