About The Role
Dotmatics Consultant The individual will support projects for the R&D division at Excelra for the Biopharma and Biotech customers. The individual will act as a consultant/implementation lead and closely work with lab scientists to gather requirements. He or she will have to work with scientists and business/IT managers at Customers in conjunction with the delivery team to configure the Dotmatics ELN. Your responsibilities? • Leading Dotmatics implementation, designing the data model, forms and templates as part of implementation • Provide Dotmatics training on configuration to internal delivery team and the customer key users • Scientific business analysis skills to review scientific business processes and systems. And create process flows using BPMN tools like Visio and Lucid chart. • Gather requirements and document use cases to present to various stakeholders • Demonstrate workflows to business users and R&D IT stakeholders • Produce and deliver required configuration, documents, and reports to customers What we are expecting from you: •5-7 years of Dotmatics configuration and implementation experience from scratch, preferably has experience working on latest version (7.1 onwards) • Strong interest in training on Dotmatics configuration to other team members to make them project-ready • Strong SQL, Python and data model designing experience • Ability to prioritise requirements, handle escalations, guide the team and remove blockers • Experience with Scientific applications and systems like LIMS and ELN is a plus • Experience with systems and instrument integration and data migration is a plus A successful Excelraites is: • Independent, Self-Motivated & Results driven. • Willing & able to quickly acquire new Technical Skills & Business Principles • A critical thinker who possesses logical reasoning • Empathetic and always looking for creative solutions to complex problems • Respect our core values – Trust, Transparency, Teamwork, Integrity, and Commitment What you bring to the table: • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in a scientific or health care field. • Minimum three years as a Dotmatics implementation consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical /Life sciences industry.
