About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director to join our client’s clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation , while providing clinical leadership as the clinic’s Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment planning.
Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures , including patient assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and post-treatment follow-up.
Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privileges.
Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
Serve as Medical Director , overseeing clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality of care.
Manage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation, and patient follow-ups.
Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements

European, Western, or Brazilian candidates preferred.
Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license .
Proven hands-on hair transplant experience is required.
Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatments .
Previous Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience is required.
Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, consultation, leadership, and patient-management skills.
Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele.
