WSP is seeking an experienced Interior Design Architect to join our UAE Supervision team. The successful candidate will lead the review and supervision of interior architectural works during construction, ensuring that all design, quality, and technical requirements are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, and local authority regulations.

The role requires extensive experience in interior architecture, site supervision, design compliance, contractor coordination, material approvals, and stakeholder management across high-profile projects within the UAE.

  • Review and supervise interior architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality, progress, and workmanship.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project standards, and QA/QC requirements.
  • Support material approvals, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Prepare inspection reports and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience, including UAE project experience.
  • Strong background in construction supervision, interior fit-out, finishing works, and design coordination.
  • Experience on hospitality, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
