About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities. This is an office based role in our HQ in Desio, Milan. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training Maintain training records and update activities in our system Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees Managing employees’ remote working agreements Updating the company organizational chart Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required Requirements: Diploma or Degree, preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal Good Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and communication skills Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn What we offer: Internship with an opportunity to transfer to permanent employment €700 per month Meal vouchers (€7 per day) The opportunity to develop skills and knowledge within the HR department of a global CRO—boosting your future career success—alongside the chance to advance your professional career within a growing international company.
