職務說明
市場開發與客戶關係管理

負責北區市場開發與客戶拜訪，建立並維護良好客戶關係。
主動發掘客戶需求，提供適切的解決方案與服務建議。
定期追蹤既有客戶，提升客戶滿意度及續約機會。

商機管理與專案協調

負責商機開發、案件追蹤及銷售機會管理。
協助客戶需求確認、報價製作、合約處理及相關專案協調工作。
與內部技術、稽核及營運團隊合作，確保專案順利執行。

客戶服務與行政管理

負責客戶聯繫、案件管理及相關行政文書作業。
蒐集市場資訊與客戶回饋，掌握產業趨勢與商機發展方向。
協助政府標案、專案計畫或相關文件準備與追蹤作業。

個人特質與能力

具積極主動的工作態度，樂於與客戶互動及建立長期合作關係。具良好溝通表達能力及跨部門協調能力。做事細心、穩健負責，具良好的時間管理與執行能力。具備獨立作業能力，能妥善規劃拜訪行程與案件進度。具B2B業務開發、客戶服務或政府標案、專案管理經驗者尤佳。對數位信任、資訊安全、AI治理、企業管理或國際標準等領域有興趣者尤佳。

條件要求

工作經歷：2~3年以上相關工作經驗。學歷要求：大學以上。

科系要求：商業管理、行銷、國際貿易、公共行政或相關科系尤佳。

語文條件：英文聽、說、讀、寫中等以上。

擅長工具：Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Teams（或相關線上會議軟體）。

商機開發與案件追蹤
提案與簡報能力
專案管理與跨部門協調
文件撰寫與行政管理

其他條件
具政府標案、採購案件或公部門業務開發經驗者尤佳。熟悉政府、企業採購流程、投標文件準備及履約管理者尤佳。具B2B業務開發經驗者優先。具汽車駕照並可配合北區客戶拜訪者尤佳。具高度責任感、抗壓性及團隊合作精神。
