Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of AI initiatives, including architecture design, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging modern AI technologies, MLOps, and LLMOps best practices.
- Optimize AI model performance through advanced techniques, including domain adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.
- Build and enhance AI-powered applications, including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design and implement monitoring frameworks to track application performance, user behavior, and product insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies and drive adoption of relevant innovations.
- Act as a technical thought leader by contributing to architecture discussions, sharing AI expertise, and influencing engineering direction.
- Support continuous improvement of development, deployment, and operational processes for AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development.
- Strong experience with:
- Python
- NumPy
- Pandas
- Matplotlib
- FastAPI
- Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Experience developing solutions in:
- Computer Vision
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Document Analysis and Intelligent Document Processing Systems
- Experience building AI Agents and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools, frameworks, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with .NET and C# technologies.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Familiarity with LLMOps practices and AI model lifecycle management.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI/ML applications.
- Experience working with products in the Tax, Accounting, Legal, or Financial domains.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
