Terros Health is seeking a Facilities Housing Tech I. This role reports to the Director of Housing Programs. The Facilities Housing Technician I position is responsible for light maintenance duties for all housing units including but are not limited to ground cleanup, maintaining and installing landscape, painting, furniture moves, repairs, assist Facilities Housing Tech II with tasks, and perform all other duties as assigned from the Housing Manager. This position will be assigned to a rotating on-call schedule.

Perform maintenance duties as assigned
Maintain inside and outside of all housing units are good and livable conditions.
Grounds cleanup, maintaining and installing landscape, painting inside and outside of houses/apartment/condos, furniture moves, and repairs.
Replaces all batteries in Thermostats, Facets, Toilets and other devices.
Must maintain their designated fleet vehicle to Terros Standard.
Completes safety inspections, using a checklist which includes identifying potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Perform routine inspections of fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and other related items
Coordinates HVAC repairs with vendors.
Monitors and inspects fire extinguishers and coordinates repairs.
Replace electrical cords as needed and ensure that replacement cords are working properly. If necessary, initiate vendor procurement for more complicated installation and troubleshooting.
Monitor and check site trash collection and disposal, repair and replacement of containers with the City of Phoenix.
Assist Facilities Housing Tech II with tasks
Assist Commercial/Residential Facilities manager in office moves and other projects.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
