Job Summary

The Studio Operations Specialist – Recruiting plays a key role in supporting high-volume seasonal hiring for CADY’s hourly roles. This position is highly focused on candidate engagement, onsite interviewing, selection, and hiring execution in a fast-paced environment.

This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify and select quality candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitate onsite hiring activities, and move candidates efficiently through the selection process. This Seasonal Role will help ensure studios are staffed on time with engaged, qualified seasonal talent while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly seasonal roles across assigned markets
  • Review applications and conduct interviews.
  • Maintain and monitor applicant flow within the ATS to ensure timely movement through each stage
  • Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Communicate consistently with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Support hiring events and other seasonal recruiting initiatives as needed

Job Requirements

(Qualifications, Skills, & Education)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass a satisfactory background check
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills; can interact effectively across multiple levels (i.e. candidates, hiring managers, executives, and external partners)
  • Able to learn and leverage the CADY employer value proposition in filling key roles
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinker, and proven ability to create simple, sustainable, and organized workflows and processes
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and with several business units
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in both a team environment and as a proactive individual contributor
  • Professional maturity, open to feedback and willing to learn; flexibility with tasks assigned
  • Onsite Role - Studio Location

Experience

  • Experience in retail, seasonal, and/or high volume staffing
  • Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews, preferably in an onsite environment.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring selections.
  • Use of applicant tracking systems - Paycom preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
