Order Management Clerk with German

Job summary

• To support our German businesses with Order Management activities. Close liaison both by phone and email with Sales, Customers, Yards & Shipping vendors along with core system processing and a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, Sales teams, warehouses, and logistics partners to coordinate orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory availability.
• Maintain and update order-related information in Oracle ERP and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
• Monitor order progress, proactively communicate delays or issues, and ensure all Order Management activities are completed before month-end billing.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, or a similar operational role.
• Fluency in German (minimum B2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP)
