Job Overview

• As a Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) at Emirates NBD, your role is to offer customers financial guidance,
• advising on suitable products and services, and assisting with their banking needs. You should provide
• customers with information on financial products and services and also explore opportunities for cross
• selling during customer interactions. You should combine meeting financial targets with providing
• excellent customer service in order to achieve your customers’ financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals including

loans, credit cards, CASA and Liabilities

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for new payroll company and customer acquisition.
• Cross sell other products to customers in order to increase the bank’s market share.
• Participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry

standards.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in compliance training and audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product offerings.

Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services
• Communication: High level of interpersonal skill. Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic is

• a distinct advantage but not a requirement.
