Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice House (Evenings)

Part Time Schedule

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Rotation

Week 1: Monday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Friday

Week 3: Monday, Friday

Week 4: Thursday, Friday

About the Role

As a valued member of the Hospice House care team, you will work closely with an established clinical staff dedicated to providing exceptional care, comfort, and support to patients and families during their end-of-life journey. What You'll Bring

Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Associate’s degree in Nursing required

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred

Professional nursing experience required; experience in an acute care or skilled nursing setting preferred

Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients and families

Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.
