Occupational Therapist - Clinic

National Therapy Center is seeking a
part-time
licensed, experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our Germatown clinic.
You'll work with children and families
during afternoon/evening hours
(2:30 PM - 6:30 PM), up to four days per week. This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and a consistent schedule while making a lasting impact through family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric developmental and functional needs.
Regularly update plans of care based on clinical progress and client goals.
Provide in-person, clinic-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
Use evidence-based approaches to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, visual-motor integration, executive functioning, and play.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
Communicate with families regarding client progress and recommendations.
Communicate with other treating therapists to support collaborative care when needed.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active
Maryland OTR/L license
in good standing.
Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload without supervision.
After school availability.
Maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours to a maximum of 24 clinic-based billable hours per week.
