Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,620–$1,677 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 (not guaranteed) - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3×12) - Start date: 09/07/2026 - Setting: Hospital Tele/Medical-Surgical float pool in Brunswick, GA Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients within the Tele MS float pool, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention. - Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage IV therapies per physician orders and hospital policy. - Document nursing care accurately in the electronic health record and communicate clearly with the care team. - Monitor patient status, interpret changes in vital signs, and escalate concerns to the rapid response or medical team as appropriate. - Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and ancillary staff to develop and adjust plan of care; participate in rounds and care conferences. - Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment; adhere to infection prevention and safety standards; respond to patient calls and emergencies as needed. - Float pool duties may require adapting to multiple units while maintaining scope of practice and quality of care.
