Assistant Manager - Colombo Sales

Job Responsibilities •Achieving plan Rev/GP/Qty targets. •Handled consumables sales. •Motivating and driving the sales team to achieve set targets. •Setting sales strategy and goals. •Managing budgets and resources. •Building strong relationship with customers and stakeholders. •Analyzing markets trends and competitor activity. Person Specifications •Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Sales is a must (preferably have handled Sales of Office Automation). •Good command of English, computer literacy, strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Passion to drive exceptional business growth and achievement of given sales targets. •A full qualification (BSc or MBA) related to Marketing at a reputed institute would be an advantage.
