Play a key role in shaping our performance across our ARC business. Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our ARC Metalcentre in Mildura, you will work closely with customers and the warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and delivery. This is a varied role that combines customer service and warehouse support, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being hands-on when required. What you will be doing: Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare quotations and manage orders through to accurate picking, packing, and on-time delivery Build strong relationships with customers and provide value-based solutions Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment The working hours for this role are 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude. Experience in customer service, ideally within a trade counter, industrial, manufacturing, or hardware environment Strong face-to-face and phone-based customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with regular customers Proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn Comfortable working across both customer service and warehouse duties, including some manual handling Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous Forklift licence is desirable but not essential Why join us?
