We're growing our team and are looking for a passionate IT Administrator providing first-level technical support to all employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining productivity and efficiency by resolving user-facing issues and empowering employees to effectively and securely utilize the available technology.
- Provide prompt and efficient IT support to employees, via phone, email, and in-person, addressing a wide range of technical issues
- Manage the new Team Members’ onboarding, offboarding activities such as setting up user accounts, access privileges, and IT equipment
- Maintain IT inventory and manage equipment lifecycle and optimize purchases and budget
- Document and Maintain IT knowledge base such as processes, user guides
- Conduct effective training sessions and provide guidance to employees, on day-to-day digital security, the use of software, applications, and IT systems Monitor and maintain the company's IT inventory, including hardware and software assets
- Collaborate with the IT team and Vendors to identify and resolve any incidents and system-wide problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements for IT and Digital work
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team as needed
- Periodical reports on infrastructure parameters and actions
- 2 years of experience in a similar position and one year in an administrative position
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent knowledge of computers, business software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-taught, ability to learn, adapt and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to effectively communicate with the team
- Self-driven, calm, person of character, kind, positive
- Thorough, analytical skills, shows initiative
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL framework
- Certifications and Qualifications that prove your understanding of the necessary concepts for the Responsibilities section
