Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enrollment plans to achieve admission targets.
  • Establish a standardized enrollment process and operational system.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns; draft course descriptions and marketing collateral.
  • Deliver high-quality student services and foster community engagement.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in STEM, Management, or Education are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enrollment for executive education or client development within high-end professional service firms.
  • Excellent project planning and event organization skills; ability to independently produce professional copy; strong goal-oriented execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, fluency in Cantonese preferred;
  • Highly responsible with a strong service mindset; meticulous and detail-oriented; strong team collaboration spirit; willing to travel frequently.

(Duration: 2 years)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
