Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries.
Help users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities.
Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to deliver fast and effective solutions.

Requirements

What we expect from you

Fluency in Danish language for daily communication with customers
Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication
Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features
Demonstrating empathy
Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player
Result-oriented with personal performance
Friendly and outgoing personality
