What will you be doing here?

Experto, líder, administrador y desarrollador de la categoría (marcas y portafolio) para Avon en Ecuador garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de crecimiento a través de la administración y ejecución de la propuesta comercial, branding, pricing y activaciones en el mercado.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Profesional en Marketing, Mercadeo y Publicidad o afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en roles de marketing gestionando y analizando categorías/marcas en mercado venta directa o similares.
• Conocimiento en mercadeo estratégico y/o diseño de planes de marketing.
• Manejo avanzado de bases de información.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
• Investigación de mercado y kpis
• Manejo proveedores de media digital, tradicional y activaciones
• Ejecución de lanzamientos de marca y productos
• Pricing, branding
• Conocimiento de paneles de mercado (Euromonitor, Kantar, Nielsen, Raddar).
