Talent Sourcing Intern (3 to 4 months Internship)

About The Role
We are seeking an curious and eager Talent Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Sourcing team on a 3-4-month cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs.
In today’s competitive job market, your expertise in proactive sourcing and candidate relationship building will be key to ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting our company’s ongoing recruitment success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Social & Digital Engagement: Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content to attract talent and enhance our employer brand.
- Talent Consulting: Act as a frontline Talent resourcer by engaging with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms.
- Tools & Platforms Management: Utilize a combination of enterprise tools and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram to identify and engage potential talent.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Talent Sourcing and HR team to gather insights and resources from internal teams to respond effectively to community discussions.
- Market Insights: Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and organizational processes.
Requirements
- Education: Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Interest: Curious learner in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms.
- Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities.
- Duration of Internship : Min of 3 months. Period to start will be from Late January 2026.
- Must possess valid residency status in Malaysia.
