Senior Developer .NET

*We are kicking off the process before the project has been officially awarded; the proposal has been submitted, and we are awaiting a response. If won, the project would begin in September, initially spanning seven months (through March). We will then submit a new proposal to secure further budget; the project is envisioned to last 2–3 years, plus indefinite maintenance. *The project focuses on developing a platform to generate the client's official documents. While a platform currently exists, it requires evolution, necessitating analysis, migration, and development work. The platform's core—addressing a single use case—will be developed between September and March, with remaining use cases incorporated thereafter. We are seeking a Senior Programmer with extensive experience in the .NET ecosystem to participate in the design and development of complex, scalable, and business-critical applications. A minimum of five years of professional experience is essential, ideally on large-scale projects with high technical complexity. Technical Requirements • Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET environment (latest versions). • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and experience with other relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). • Proficiency with Entity Framework, LINQ, and/or Dapper. • Development of REST APIs, SOA architectures, and distributed services. • Regular use of Git and version control best practices. • Experience developing unit, integration, and functional tests. • Desirable: knowledge of generative AI applied to development (models, automation, copilots, process integration, etc.). Soft Skills • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary squads. • High level of proactivity and autonomy: capable of taking initiative, anticipating issues, and proposing solutions without requiring constant direction. • Resourcefulness: ability to learn quickly, navigate changing environments with ease, and resolve blockers using sound judgment. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset: ability to approach problems from scratch, understand them in depth, and build robust solutions from the ground up. • Strong personal organization and priority management skills.
