Your Day-to-Day
Supervising F&B outlets operations and teams
Analyzing P&L statements for each location
Managing inventory across the area
Resolving customer complains effectively
Developing and mentoring teams for growth
Conducting regular audits for compliance and efficiency
Demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills for strategic decision-making
Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Chain Restaurant is highly valued (
must have!
)
Proven experience in multi-unit management
Proficiency in P&L analysis and inventory control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for effective decision-making
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
