Your Day-to-Day

Create lesson plans aligned with
focus, memory, and thinking skill
targets.
Develop engaging materials such as activity sheets, brain games, and lesson decks.
Design interactive and movement-based activities to support cognitive development.
Apply brain training techniques (e.g., memory, focus, and problem-solving strategies).
Support trial classes and create materials for marketing and parent communication.
Handle basic operational tasks (material preparation, organization, data backup).
Conduct Quality Control to ensure content quality and alignment with student needs

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology/Education/Child Development/Early Childhood Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in
early childhood education
(e.g. brain training coach or preschool teacher), with experience in
lesson plan development
in EdTech, schools, or enrichment programs.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
Experience designing lesson plans and classroom activities
Creative, structured, and detail-oriented
