Your Day-to-Day

• Help facilitate training sessions, ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, participant registrations, and training logistics.
• Provide administrative and operational support during classroom, virtual, or hybrid training sessions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate
• in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning & development and HR
• Excellent communication and administration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented

• (very important) and proactive
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
