Your Day-to-Day
Help facilitate training sessions, ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate training schedules, venues, participant registrations, and training logistics.
Provide administrative and operational support during classroom, virtual, or hybrid training sessions.
Who We’re Looking For
Final-year student or fresh graduate
in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning & development and HR
Excellent communication and administration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented
(very important) and proactive
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
