Optical Stylist / Sales Associate

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Optical Stylist / Sales Associate to join SATURDAYS in Kuala Lumpur. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, retail, and creating meaningful customer experiences. As part of our team, you will help customers find eyewear that fits both their vision needs and personal style while delivering exceptional service in a modern lifestyle optical environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers in selecting frames and eyewear that suit their style and needs

Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire shopping experience

Supporting daily store operations including stock handling, cashiering, and store cleanliness

Building strong product knowledge on frames, lenses, and ongoing promotions

Achieving individual and store sales targets

Ensuring visual merchandising displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards

Assisting customers with basic eyewear adjustments and after-sales support

Working closely with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable store atmosphere

What we're looking for

Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification

Previous experience in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or optical industry is an advantage

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fashion, styling, and people interaction

Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
