Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management

• Source, organize, and manage information from multiple systems and databases.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data stored in structured repositories.
• Integration with GPT Systems:
• Input and refine data within advanced Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) systems.
• Assist in the training of GPT models by optimizing data inputs to enhance system outputs.

Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to support business decisions.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor data consistency and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in datasets.

Collaboration and Communication

• Partner with technical and compliance teams to understand project requirements.
• Provide timely updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.
• Experience with AI or GPT systems is a plus (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in a field requiring strong attention to detail is an advantage.
• Experience in handling and validating critical or sensitive data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to new technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
