About The Role

**Main Activities & Objectives**

Manage a defined procurement area, including supplier selection, evaluation, and relationship management based on quality, budget, and timeline requirements
Plan and conduct price, condition, and contract negotiations and auctions for assigned procurement categories
Oversee supplier communication, including complaint handling and quality issue resolution
Maintain material master data and supplier-specific information in procurement systems
Contribute to the digitisation and automation of purchasing processes
Support purchasing projects and provide guidance to internal customers

**Required Qualifications**

University degree or completed subject-oriented vocational training with several years of professional experience
Expert-level knowledge of eProcurement solutions and systems
Advanced communication and customer orientation skills
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
German language skills
