International Recruitment Officer, UK Academic Partnership (Pathway colleges) & Direct Universities.

Job Purpose This International Recruitment Officer position will focus on the recruitment of students into the various programmes offered by Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) for UK Academic Partnership (Pathway colleges) and Direct Universities and support the Regional Sales Manager to deliver annual sales targets in the region through effective day to day operation.This is an individual contributor sales role, requiring exceptional ability to build strong internal and external relationships, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across a diverse set of audiences, as well as negotiation and influencing skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven, and a strong team player with a flexible approach to work. The role will include regular domestic travel with occasion international travel. It is expected that the postholder will have significant years’ experience recruiting students to overseas HE institutions.
