Regional Manager [Not translated in selected language] | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals We are looking for a Regional Manager who will lead a team of medical representatives, drive sales performance, and support the company's business development within the assigned territory. Responsibilities Manage a team of medical representatives within the assigned territory Achieve sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and implement the regional growth strategy Analyze market conditions, competitive environment, and territory potential Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members Conduct joint and follow-up field visits, field coaching, and team performance evaluations Set objectives, monitor execution, and provide feedback to team members Build partnerships with key accounts Organize and lead negotiations, presentations, and training events Prepare analytical and management reporting Ensure compliance with corporate standards and business processes Manage territory coverage and optimize team routes Requirements Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, or economics background) 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of team management At least 2 years of driving experience Willingness to travel within the region Key Personal Qualities Leadership and management skills Strategic and analytical thinking Ability to motivate and develop the team Stress resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities Accountability and results orientation Strong communication and negotiation skills We Offer Competitive salary Car/fuel compensation and mobile allowance Social package, training, and career growth opportunities If you’re ready to grow, to innovate, and to work alongside people who inspire - welcome to STADA Eurasia.
