Medical Representative Kyzylorda | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals We are looking for a Medical Representative who will build relationships with doctors and pharmacies, promote the company's products, and contribute to achieving business goals within the assigned territory. Responsibilities Conduct visits to doctors and pharmacy staff, providing information about the company's medicines and medical devices Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct presentations and training sessions for medical and pharmaceutical professionals Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and pharmacists Maintain a database of medical institutions and pharmacies within the assigned territory, and manage reporting in CRM Analyze market conditions and competitor activity Requirements Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical background preferred) At least 1 year of experience in sales At least 2 years of driving experience Key Personal Qualities Strong and confident communication skills Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions Stress resilience: calm response to rejections, objections, and high workload Discipline and accountability Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change We Offer Competitive salary Car/fuel compensation and mobile allowance Social package, training, and career growth opportunities If you’re ready to grow, to innovate, and to work alongside people who inspire - welcome to STADA Eurasia.
