Responsibilities Ensure all shipments adhere to company procedures, regulations, and Lear standards Develop a deep understanding of Lear’s network, including routes, warehouses, facilities, and customs brokers. Serve as the main contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers. Address and resolve shipment issues or delays, implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate shipment records, including tracking, invoices, and compliance documentation. Analyze and report on shipment performance metrics. Audit freight invoices. Experience Requirements +2 years of experience as Traffic or Logistics Supervisor.
