Electical Technician.Maintenance-Flour (United Arab Emirates)

Job Summary Electrical Technician is responsible for execution of Preventive & Break down Maintenance & Ensures to comply with all the safety & quality norms of the Food Industry. Roles & Responsibilities To ensure preventive maintenance planning & execution Execution of breakdown maintenance. Execution of condition monitoring maintenance. Trouble shooting of Electrical issues related to Control panels, electrical panel,etc Proficiency in electrical and control drawing reading to manage the trouble shooting Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Pneumatic and electrical actuators Trouble shooting and Maintenance in various sensors and feed back controls like speed monitors, limit switches, capacitive sensors, inductive sensors, reed switches, etc Trouble shooting and maintenance in electrical panels, Motors, VFD drives, HMI, controllers, etc Monitoring and handling LV panel works Monitoring of the spare parts requirement & timely communication of the stock status. Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary. Ensure electrical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Ensure Substation maintenance of the plant Show expertise in working with team and independently Use of hand tools like power tools and testing equipment frequently. Trouble shoot & do the required repair work within defined timelines. Ensure RM & FG safety as per safety rules and procedures Execute the required Modifications to improve the reliability of equipment. Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation. Maintaining GMP & Hygiene In Work Area Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training) KPIs Production related equipment availability Preventive maintenance compliance percentage Safety Compliance Maintenance effectiveness Work Experience Requirement Min 8 Years’ experience as Electrical technician preferably in flour mill or manufacturing industry with exposure to SCADA , control panels , PLC , automated packing machines and other machines in a Manufacturing / FMCG Industry Qualification ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Competencies
