About The Role
Job Responsibilities: 1. Meeting Sales Targets Responsible for the sales and promotion of products within the assigned territory, and for achieving the sales targets set by the company (including sales volume, sales revenue, and accounts receivable collection); Proactively develop new clients, expand sales channels, and increase market coverage; Improve product placement rates and sales turnover rates to ensure continuous growth in market share. 2. Client Visits and Relationship Management Conduct regular client visits (retail stores, wholesalers, etc.) according to established routes; Maintain client relationships and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty; Promptly address client feedback, complaints, and after-sales issues. 3. Order Processing and Receivables Management Responsible for on-site order entry and confirmation of order details; Manage payment collection or credit terms in accordance with company policies; Ensure clear accounts receivable records and mitigate the risk of bad debt. 4. Delivery and Inventory Management Perform immediate deliveries based on customer orders to enable “in-stock sales”; Manage vehicle cargo to ensure inventory matches records; Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. 5. Market Intelligence Gathering and Reporting Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, promotional activities, customer needs, etc.); Analyze sales performance and report findings to superiors in a timely manner; Provide data to support adjustments to the company’s market strategies. 6. Merchandising and Promotional Execution Guide and assist clients in optimizing product displays; Execute company promotional policies (distribution of giveaways, placement of promotional materials, etc.); Enhance the brand image and product visibility at retail locations. 7. Route and Work Plan Management Develop daily visit routes and work plans; Improve visit efficiency to ensure coverage of key clients; Regularly summarize work results and submit relevant reports. 8. Vehicle and Safety Management Manage the daily use and maintenance of sales vehicles; Comply with traffic regulations to ensure driving safety; Prevent risks such as loss or damage to goods. Qualifications: 1. At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including but not limited to hygiene products, beverages, and food sectors. At least 3 years of experience in vehicle-based sales with verifiable results. 2. Possess strong communication skills and sales techniques; demonstrate strong execution capabilities and a sense of responsibility; possess basic market analysis skills; able to adapt to fieldwork and moderate physical labor. 3. Familiar with the Douala market and capable of developing or compiling established vehicle sales route plans. 4. Honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility; possess a team-oriented spirit; willing to comply with company management and work assignments. 5. Hold a valid driver’s license and possess proficient driving skills.
