LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

The Learning & Development Coordinator coordinates L&D activities across JIB's multi-country operations. Working closely with HR and line managers, the role identifies training needs and administers the learning management system. It sources and coordinates internal and external training programmes and tracks training effectiveness and compliance across all JIB locations.
