About The Role

Aquaphor International OÜ is looking for an experienced Toolmaker / Mold Maintenance Technician (Injection Molding) to join our team.
Work tasks: Job description
Repair, service, and maintain injection molds.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep molds production-ready.
Diagnose mold and tooling issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble molds and their components.
Repair and manufacture tooling, mold components, and production fixtures.
Support mold trials and troubleshoot mold-related issues in production.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical or vocational education in toolmaking, machining, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in toolmaking, mold assembly, maintenance, or repair of injection molds.
Good understanding of injection mold construction, components, mechanisms, and operating principles.
Ability to repair and maintain injection molds of varying complexity, including cold runner and hot runner systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for molds and tooling.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, precise, and quality-focused approach to work.
Good working knowledge of technical English.
We offer: Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension
4-month probation period.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Work location: Tallinn, Estonia.
