Airtel Money_Digital Channels Manager

The Digital Channel Manager is responsible for driving the growth, performance, adoption, and optimization of Airtel Money digital channels, including the MyAirtel App, USSD, Mini Apps, APIs and emerging digital platforms. The role focuses on enhancing the customer digital experience, increasing channel usage and transaction volumes, driving digital revenue growth, and ensuring seamless delivery of Airtel Money services through digital touchpoints. The incumbent will work closely with Technology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Compliance, and external partners to deliver innovative and customer-centric digital solutions.
