About The Role

JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Senior Manager – Business Banking, the Job holder will be responsible of developing and maintaining Business Banking account relationship in order to maintain and grow the Business banking balance sheet (Customers Deposits and Loans & Advances) and sustain a profitable Business banking portfolio. The jobholder will also be responsible to manage strategic partnerships important for Business Banking growth. The jobholder is also responsible to maintain and grow the Biashara Club proposition as one key strategy for Banking relationship management and customer loyalty.
