Manager Agency Banking

Manager, Agency Banking is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of KCB Bank Tanzania’s Agency Banking business. The role is accountable for driving financial inclusion, customer acquisition, transaction growth, and market expansion through a robust, compliant, scalable, and commercially sustainable agent network. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of the Agency Banking strategy, oversee nationwide agent network growth, manage channel profitability, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while positioning Agency Banking as a key pillar of KCB Tanzania’s retail and digital banking strategy.
