What is the role?

EnduroSat is expanding its Hardware team with an Electro - Mechanical Engineer who bridges electronics and mechanics challenges. On this role you will design, integrate, and validate flight ready electromechanical assemblies, contribute to PCB layout and drive hands- on bring-up, assembly, and design improvements.

Some of your daily tasks will include

Contribute to PCB layout reviews and constraints; support placement/routing decisions for manufacturability and thermal

Design lightweight mechanical parts and enclosures and generate clear drawings

Perform hands-on bring-up and evaluation of boards and assemblies

Define and improve assembly and manufacturing processes; author build and test procedures

Drive design improvements via root-cause analysis

Translate mission and system needs into technical requirements; maintain requirements traceability and verification plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with AIT, supply chain, and mission teams; communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly

What do we look for?

Higher Educational3 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field

3+ years of experience in hardware and electro-mechanical product development

Hardware layout background: comfortable with PCB stack-ups, placement, routing constraints, and DFM in tools like Altium or KiCad

Mechanical design knowledge: able to model parts/assemblies and create 2D drawings; 3D CAD desired (SolidWorks preferred)

Design improvements experience

Experience working with technical requirements and verification
