Job Overview MANUFACTURING ENGINEER II is responsible for ensuring high reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated production equipment. This role leads maintenance teams, drives TPM activities, and builds a strong culture of Safety, Quality, and Productivity while supporting production targets and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Strong automation troubleshooting and preventive maintenance capability Solid understanding of TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) Effective team leadership and people management skills Ability to build and sustain Safety, Quality, and Productivity culture Open-minded, teamwork-oriented, service-driven, and decisive Strong discipline in standards, procedures, and 5S Good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders What your background should look like Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering field Experience from automation machine makers or electronics manufacturing companies 5–10 years in maintenance of automated / semi-automated machines Hands-on knowledge of automation systems, robotics, sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems Proven experience leading maintenance technicians or small teams Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
