Cook Pembroke Mackay

Under the supervision of the Food Services Supervisor, the Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of well-balanced meals to residents of the Carefor Mackay Centre in Pembroke, ON, following established menus while considering therapeutic diets and resident’s preference in consultation with the supervisor. Responsibilities will be performed in accordance with food handling and safety standards, Canada’s Food Guide, and within the framework of Carefor Health and Community Services policies, procedures, and standards.
