Join our Team Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance teams and contractors. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance execution. Coordinate fault restoration activities. Monitor maintenance KPIs. Manage customer interactions. Support modernization programs. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Experience & Skills Experience in telecom operations or field maintenance. Knowledge of RAN, transmission, and network infrastructure. Troubleshooting skills. Leadership capabilities. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Education: Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent.
