The Mission:
We are a high-volume dealership looking for a relentless, results-driven Digital Sales Associate to fuel our showroom floor. You are the first line of contact for our digital buyers. Your mission is simple: turn inbound and outbound inquiries into confirmed appointments that actually show up.

This isn't just an individual role—you will oversee and coach a team of 8–12 sales associates, monitoring communication, diving into the CRM daily, and keeping the team locked in on store goals.

What You'll Do Every Day:

Grind, Rinse, Repeat: Dominate a high daily volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to convert internet leads.

Coach to Win: Meet daily with your team of sales associates to review leads, updates, and strategies.

Drive the Pipeline: Track every single daily appointment, confirm bookings, and send reminders to maximize show rates.

Intercept & Optimize: Monitor live team communications and step in to redirect conversations when needed to save a deal.

Keep Data Tight: Log every interaction, phone number, and customer detail perfectly in our CRM.
