Sr. Training Coordinator, RCM - Remote

The Sr Training Coordinator – RCM will be responsible for organizing and conducting training programs for the RCM department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, registration, cash management, customer service, and new hire onboarding and training. This role will conduct and organize training for administrative functions and utilization of system applications such as athenaIDX, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc. This role also assists with specific process improvement initiatives within the RCM department that will drive both system and personnel efficiency.
