Under the direction of the Executive Director of Downtown YMCA’s, the Capital Y Branch Manager provides overall leadership and operational oversight for the Capital YMCA branch. This role ensures excellence in customer/member service, operational consistency, and efficient use of resources at the branch level. The Branch Manager is directly responsible for supervising the customer service team, Kid’s Club, sport courts, and the monitoring of health & wellness equipment within the branch.
