HR Service Representative

Salem Media is looking for an HR Service Representative who leads with a servant's heart. In this fully remote role, you'll be the frontline voice for employees and managers navigating benefits, policies, and HR systems — bringing patience, sound judgment, and a genuine service-first mindset to every interaction.
