Communications & Innovation Specialist

The Communications & Innovation Specialist supports Berkley’s enterprise communications platforms and collaboration ecosystem, including the Enterprise Intranet and innovation platforms and resources. This role combines content strategy, digital workplace communications, knowledge management, analytics, and platform governance to enhance communication effectiveness, collaboration, and information accessibility across the organization. • Own the day-to-day management, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of Berkley’s Enterprise Intranet experience
